How much does EDI cost with Interlink?
Plans start at $50/mo (Growth). You only pay when you trade — No Transaction, No Invoice. The Scale tier starts at $200/mo for higher volume, and Enterprise is custom.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Your first trading-partner onboarding is free. There are no per-character fees and no charge for a quiet month.
What is "No Transaction, No Invoice"?
It means your billing follows your volume — if you don’t trade in a given month, you’re not invoiced for usage. You only pay when you actually exchange documents.
How long does onboarding take?
Most suppliers go live within 30 days.
What is the difference between Growth, Scale, and Enterprise?
Growth is EDI-only connectivity from $50/mo, capped at 1,000 documents per month. Scale adds the full integration suite (ERP, 3PL, API) from $200/mo and scales to 50,000+ documents per month. Enterprise is custom pricing for very high volume or bespoke integrations.
Which retailers do you connect?
Walmart, Target DSV, Amazon, Costco, Home Depot, Shopbop and thousands more — over 10,000 retailers are pre-mapped. We’re a Walmart Marketplace Approved Solution Provider.
Which systems do you integrate with?
ERPs like NetSuite, Sage 300, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, and QuickBooks; ecommerce and marketplaces like Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart Marketplace; and shipping/3PL platforms like ShipStation and ShipBob.
Do you support drop-ship?
Yes. For drop-ship we bill per order, not per document — an order may include several documents (PO, ASN, invoice) but is charged as a single transaction.
Is Interlink secure?
Yes. Interlink is SOC 2 Type II certified, with 99.9% uptime and monitored EDI infrastructure.
